A 8 inch Quad , Currently housing Lidar RGB and CC for Mapping Needs. A Platform to facilitate future experiments as well. GPS enabled and run by Ardupilot. Flight Time of 20 mins.

RGB to Colour the Point Cloud from lidar, with range of 30m. CC (Jetson Orin Nano Super) managing both, Collecting data and reporting Stats through upgraded WIFI, with Quality Antennas. Great Data speeds on jetson, with 67 tops to run SLAM and Guassian Splatting Simultaneously.

Worked with H7 flight controller board that provides enough memory to run ardupilot comfortably. Worked with Ardupilot to tune 3-4 builds, I believe I am fluent on it by now. Utilized LUA scripting to enable smooth transition between GPS and Option Flow for GPS denied Operations.

With a 3d lidar on board, and RGB camera facing front and with jetson processing the data, I have utilized open source algorithms to put them together. Challenges were to handle the noise in lidar data. One can output a Coloured Point Cloud this way. and i utilize DJI action 2 on board to guassian splats.

Looking forward to work with companies, that are equally adventures. and pickup innovation as a main agenda. I would like to contribute to best of my abilities and further by Industry and Learning.

My current 8 inch mapping drone uses a Jetson nano Orin super. worked with Raspberry Pi 5 16GB in the beginning of the project, but limited by the data transfer speeds and AI computation capabilities. I aim to further simplify and straight forward the computation on UAVs. like removing OS, shift it to firmware based, merge with Flight Controller and establish a more direct communication between them.

I find myself curious about few areas, Radio Frequencies and Wireless Communication protocol. i would like to get into a project, that will push my understanding of this areas. Hopefully i will find a team that enables this.
